Whether you’re looking for a team building activity for your business colleagues, or an interactive ice-breaker for a long-overdue family reunion, at Nevermore we have created an ideal playground in the Inland Empire for people to play together. Your company, club, family, friends, or other organization can get together in a magical atmosphere to solve mysteries and play games, mixing fun, skills, and camaraderie. Our venue easily accommodates groups up to 70, or more if including the outdoor patio space, and can be configured for smaller breakout rooms. We can create ‘bespoke’ experiences, from Mystery Party events to Gaming Olympics, or leave the experience more open ended and flexible. We would be happy to help you design a perfect experience.
Our available event spaces are each beautifully themed in a Victorian / fantasy vibe. Spaces range from the cozy Apothecary for 4 all the way up to our main gaming lounge and Courtyard, which easily accommodate 50+. Or buy out the entire venue ($500-$1,000 base price) for a day or night event, which can hold up to 80 with the attached enclosed outdoor patio space. Our massive board game library (over 850 games on the shelves, and almost 1,000 in total) is available to all guests, and means you don’t have to come up with team building activities – it’s built right in to the event space. Our welcoming staff (seriously, read our reviews!) will be thrilled to help you select the best options for your needs, or leave it open ended and let your guests browse their way through more fun than they imagined.
Some of our offerings include:
- Ice Breakers — host-led by you or one of our staff, or completely independent
- Escape Rooms — 3 different themed rooms available, and can be booked simultaneously
- Team Board Games — suitable for any size group, from individuals to teams of up to 40
- Cooperative board games and experiences — team building skills are specifically emphasized in co-op games where the participants compete together against the game itself
- Role-playing game sessions — we can craft ‘flash’ RPG sessions which last as little as 15 minutes per group for rotating groups up to 8, or longer sessions as needed, with customizable theming
- Fun open play with our library of over 850 strategy, party, and classic games!
We can even offer themed experiences that match the interests of your organization.
We welcome your organization to bring in outside food and drink, or arrange for pizza and bottled drinks and snacks with us. Please email for details about our menu and amenities.
Event pricing depends on the number of participants, as well as the day and time of day of the event. Typical base prices for team events range from $500-$1000. Weekday daytime bookings are our most flexible and economical option; because evening and weekend slots displace regular walk-in business, pricing will reflect this.
— BASE PRICE FOR WEEKDAY BOOKINGS: $500 for 4 hours, before 6 pm
— BASE PRICE FOR WEEKEND (Friday-Sunday) or EVENING BOOKINGS: $1,000 for 4 hours
— If your group is larger than 50, secondary staff may be required at $40/hour
Exciting Add Ons (pricing is in 1-hour minimum blocks):
- Game Concierge-led challenge games (great for ice-breakers & team challenges!): $40/hour
- Escape Rooms: $100/hour: Professional Game Designer. up to 3 escape rooms can be active at a time, each accommodating 4-6 guests at once, and taking approximately 20-40 minutes to complete.
- Flash RPG sessions: $100/hour. Professional DM. Up to 8 players at a time, in blocks ranging from 20 minutes to 3 hours, at your convenience. Dungeons & Dragons, or a variety of other RPG systems, tailored to your group’s interests or theming. Absolutely no experience necessary, all materials provided.
- Murder Mystery / Deduction-based social gaming: Pricing varies depending on length & number of participants
